解決方法:

關閉 VS2013，到  %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\ComponentModelCache 資料夾下，把所有的資料夾及檔案刪除掉，重新開啟 VS2013 即可。

Windows Server 2012 DHCP MAC address Filter management
